  1. How do I get to Sagada? How do I get to Baguio? Answer: To get from Manila to Sagada, you can take the Coda Line Buses from Cubao, with a travel time of 12 hours. If you're traveling from Baguio to Sagada, the GL Trans Buses are available, taking around 6 hours. For travel between Manila and Baguio, you can choose from Victory, Genesis, or other bus services, with a travel time of 6 hours.
  2. Where are you located and how do we contact you? Answer: We are situated in the northern part of Sagada, close to Bomod-ok Falls. In Baguio, we have 2 locations: first one is 10-minute walk to SM Baguio and the second one is just a 10-minute walk to Minesview.   3. Can I make a reservation without a deposit? Answer: No. All reservations require a non-refundable 50% deposit as a down payment.
  4. How early in advance can I make a booking? Answer: You can make your reservations at any time.
  5. Do you have a tariff rate available online? Answer: Our tariff rates are currently being finalized. Typically, the minimum rate is based on the unit/bed capacity, with an additional charge of 500 PHP for each extra person. Children aged 1-3 years stay for free, those aged 4-7 years receive a 50% discount, and children aged 8-12 years get a 20% discount. In Sagada, the rates are the same, but an additional 1,000 PHP per person applies.
  6. Do you provide shuttle and tour services while we're in Baguio and/or Sagada? Answer: We do not offer shuttle or tour services, but we can recommend trusted providers who can assist with transportation and tours around the city/area.
  7. What are your check in and check out time? Answer: Check-in time is from 2 PM onwards, and check-out time is at 11 AM.
  8. Do you have Wi-Fi and how fast is it? Answer: Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi with a typical speed of 100-120 Mbps, though it may vary depending on the weather condition and usage.
  9. Do you have air-conditioner in your rooms? What about hair dryer? Answer: No, we do not have air conditioning, but we do provide standing electric fans. Hair dryer is also not provided.
  10. What are included in our entire stay? Answer: We provide basic amenities, kitchen appliances, dining utensils, Wi-Fi, hot and cold showers, TV, parking, and purified drinking water. Some units offer scenic views. Please note, the Sagada unit does not include a television.
  11. Do you offer massage service? Answer: We do not offer massage service but we can recommend people that can massage. 
  12. Do you have a kitchen with cooking utilities where we can cook? Answer: Yes, we do.
  13. Do you have a fridge, and water boiler in the room? Answer: Yes
  14. What is your curfew time? Please observe the city curfew at 9 PM.
